Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Voice/Non-Voice)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to help customers with their questions, problems, and feedback. You will communicate with customers either by phone (voice) or by email/chat (non-voice). We need someone who can listen carefully, stay calm, and help solve problems quickly and professionally. Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your main tasks will include:

Answering customer questions: You will talk to customers or respond to their messages by phone, email, chat, or other platforms. Your goal is to provide helpful answers and solutions.

Solving customer problems: When a customer has an issue, you need to find the best way to fix it. Whether it’s a simple answer or a more complicated issue, you’ll work quickly to help them.

Escalating problems: Sometimes, a problem may be too difficult to solve right away. In those cases, you’ll pass the issue on to a more experienced team member or supervisor for further assistance.

Recording customer information: You will keep track of all customer interactions by entering important details in our system. This helps us keep an accurate record of each issue and solution.

Meeting performance goals: You will have certain targets or goals to meet, like how many customers you help each day and the quality of your work. We want you to do your best and provide great service.

Working with other teams: If a problem requires help from another team, you will work together with them to make sure the customer gets the help they need.

Good communication skills: You need to be able to talk or write clearly so that customers can understand you. Whether on the phone or in writing, it’s important to be friendly and professional.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Sometimes there will be many customers reaching out at once, and you will need to stay calm and focused to get through your work.

Basic computer skills: You need to be comfortable using a computer, typing messages, and using different software programs (especially for non-voice roles). For voice roles, you will be working on the phone, but basic computer knowledge will still help you keep records.

Strong problem-solving skills: You should be able to think quickly and find solutions to customer problems. Sometimes you’ll need to find creative ways to help.

Patience and empathy: You will be talking to customers who might be frustrated or upset. It’s important to stay patient and show that you care about their concerns.

Shift work availability: If you’re applying for a voice role, you should be open to working at different times of the day. Our business may require you to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends.
Skills:

Voice Process: For voice roles, you should have strong verbal communication skills. This means speaking clearly, politely, and professionally on the phone. You should also have good phone etiquette, meaning you know how to have a helpful and respectful conversation with customers.

Non-Voice Process: For non-voice roles, you need to have good written communication skills. This includes being able to type quickly and accurately, as well as writing clearly in emails, chats, or messages.
Experience:

No experience needed: If you’re new to this kind of job, you can still apply! We are looking for fresh candidates who have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Prior experience: If you already have experience in customer service, that’s great, but it’s not necessary. We’ll train you to make sure you know everything you need to succeed.
