Airtel is looking for an organized and smart person to assist top executives. You will help manage their calendar, answer emails, prepare for meetings, and create important documents. Your role is to make their day-to-day work easier and smoother.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage meetings and appointments for the executive.
Help the executive get ready for meetings by preparing notes and documents.
Write and respond to emails on behalf of the executive.
Create presentations, meeting summaries, and other important documents.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or similar experience.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Able to handle many tasks at once and manage time well.
Very organized and pays attention to details.
