Job Description:
Wing Assistant is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their remote team immediately. The role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives, and the candidate will play a pivotal role in handling a variety of administrative tasks, from managing schedules and organizing data to supporting marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

Create and send invoices/statements, track payments, and record expenses.
Organize and store documents and files.
Perform data entry, including preparing lead lists, transcribing meeting minutes, and organizing research notes.
Handle internal communication, monitor projects, and coordinate team calendars to prevent conflicts.
Book travel, prepare itineraries, and ensure smooth scheduling of meetings.
Handle phone calls, reply to emails, and ensure inbox organization according to client preferences.
Research & Reporting:

Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitors.
Synthesize data into cohesive reports and presentation slides.
Assist with marketing and sales campaigns through CRM systems.
Ad-hoc Tasks:

Manage online profiles, including responding to negative reviews and uploading videos.
Perform additional tasks as needed, assisting across different areas of the business.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives (e.g., CEO, COO).
Bachelor’s degree or any related certification required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Proactive attitude, tech-savvy, and familiar with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
Experience with MS Office and Google Calendar.
Ability to work US hours (20-40 hours per week) and graveyard shifts.

Working Webcam.
Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
Internet speed: at least 25 Mbps for primary connection, 10 Mbps backup.

Salary Package (with HMO):
Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to $960/month
Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to $1,140/month
Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to $1,330/month
