About the Job
We are hiring a Principal Marine Engineer for a leading engineering company. You will work on modern and important projects in areas like:

Carbon capture
Hydrogen
Offshore and onshore energy
Renewable energy
This is a hybrid job, so you can work from home for 12 days every month.

What You Will Do
Lead a team of engineers who design marine systems
Plan the best technical designs for offshore platforms and ships
Manage the team’s workflow and project plans
Check and approve documents before they are shared
Work with other teams and company departments
Talk to vendors, shipyards, and contractors to review technical details
Make sure the work follows marine safety and design rules
Manage how different technical parts of the project fit together

What You Need
A degree in engineering
Experience designing marine systems for offshore environments
Experience working on FPSOs, floating platforms, or LNG projects
Knowledge of cargo loading systems and marine equipment
Leadership skills to guide a team
Good understanding of international marine codes and laws
Ability to work with different teams and experts
