Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of our equity broking business under the Sharekhan banner. This role is ideal for someone interested in stock markets, trading, and financial research, and looking to learn and grow in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in placing equity and derivative orders on Sharekhan’s trading platforms (based on instructions).
Track live market movements, monitor positions, and maintain trade logs.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS, reports, and client portfolios.
Conduct basic technical and fundamental research using Sharekhan and third-party research tools.
Support in checking news, corporate actions, and economic events that may impact trading decisions.
Help with client documentation, KYC processes, and follow-up where required.
Coordinate with Sharekhan’s back office/support when necessary.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BMS, or any finance-related field preferred).
Basic understanding of stock markets and financial instruments.
Comfort with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and web-based trading platforms.
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
Good communication and coordination skills.
NISM (Series VIII – Equity Derivatives) certification is a plus or should be willing to obtain.
