About the Role
GM Dental Lab is looking for a smart, well-organized, and confident person to handle the daily operations, marketing, and client management for our dental training courses.

You will be the key person who makes sure everything runs smoothly — from talking to clients to tracking leads and working with marketing partners.

What You Will Do
Call and follow up with dentists from Facebook, LinkedIn, and webinars
Book sales calls, close sales, and help clients get started with their training
Use our CRM system (GoHighLevel) to manage and track all leads
Coordinate with advertising agencies, graphic designers, and sponsors
Use our social media accounts to connect with dentists every day
Track and report results of marketing and training campaigns
Help the team stay on schedule and meet goals
Work closely with the business founder to grow the company

You Should Be
Confident speaking to people by phone and video
Very organized and proactive (you’ll lead daily operations)
Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRMs, and email marketing tools
Active on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Excited to learn and grow into a leadership role
Fluent in English, with good grammar and strong communication skills

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Helpful)
Experience with GoHighLevel or other CRMs
Knowledge of Facebook Ads or Google Ads
Comfortable using Canva, Loom, or ChatGPT

Pay & Extras
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year
