Position: Office Receptionist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time (Immediate start preferred)

About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and personable Office Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our company. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them appropriately

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally

Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services

Maintain office security by following safety procedures

Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings

Perform basic administrative support tasks

Keep reception area clean and presentable
Requirements:

1-3 years experience in a receptionist or front desk role

Professional appearance and demeanor
-
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications:

Additional language skills

Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)

Knowledge of basic office administrative procedures
