What This Job Is About
Phoenixville Hospital is hiring a skilled ICU Advanced Practitioner (CRNP or PA) to work night shifts in the Critical Care Unit. You’ll care for very sick patients in the 24-bed ICU, work with doctors, nurses, and other staff, and help manage all aspects of patient care.

What You’ll Do
Care for critically ill patients in the ICU during night shifts.
Work closely with the Critical Care team and other hospital staff.
Use your knowledge of central line and A-line insertion and hemodynamic monitoring (preferred).
Use EPIC electronic medical records system.
Coordinate with in-house anesthesia team (available 24/7).

What You Should Have
Experience working in an ICU or Critical Care setting.
Certified as a CRNP (Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner) or PA (Physician Assistant).
Skills in inserting central lines, A-lines, and monitoring heart and blood pressure functions are preferred.
A team-focused and patient-centered approach.
