Job Overview:

Athena BPO Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Inside Sales Executives for the Credit Card Division of ICICI Bank. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to grow in the banking and finance sector. You will be working with one of India’s leading private banks in a professional office environment.

What You Will Do:

• Make outbound calls to promote ICICI Bank credit cards.

• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility clearly to customers.

• Keep detailed records of all customer conversations and follow-ups.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Do follow-up calls to convert leads into successful sales.

• Answer basic customer questions and give good service.

Who Can Apply:

• Education: Must have passed 12th grade or be a graduate.

• Experience:

  • 0 to 3 years in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.

  • Freshers are welcome.

• Age Limit: 19 to 35 years

• Gender: Open to Male and Female candidates

• Language: Must speak fluent English

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
