Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. This role is perfect for fresh MBA graduates (HR specialization preferred) or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various functions while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Follow up with candidates during the hiring process
Assist in onboarding and documentation activities
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives

Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable with calling and engaging candidates
Time management and coordination skills

Eligibility Criteria:
MBA in HR (preferred) from a reputed institute
Internship experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is a plus
Residing in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai (Mahape)
