Job Description

Aston Carter is looking for a friendly and skilled Recruiter to help us find great people for our production and office jobs. You will manage the entire hiring process — from finding people to helping them get the job. This is a full-time job in Mirabel, QC, and it’s onsite.

What You Will Do

• Manage the full hiring process: search, screen, interview, and work with hiring managers
• Find smart ways to bring in good people for production and manufacturing jobs
• Talk to candidates, check their skills, and suggest the best ones to hiring managers
• Build a list of possible future candidates by networking and searching online
• Work closely with managers to understand their hiring needs
• Make sure every candidate has a good experience during the hiring process
• Use tools like Indeed, LinkedIn, and our internal system (ATS) to find people
• Keep clear and updated records of all your recruitment work

Skills Needed

• Experience in recruiting
• Good with Excel for entering and managing data
• Bilingual (English and French)

Pay and Benefits

• Hourly pay: $30 to $40 based on your experience
• Full-time and fully onsite in Mirabel, QC
