Marketing Manager

Leap Gymnastics Academy (LGA) is looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Lead to join our team. This person will help us grow our brand, attract new students, and keep our current members engaged. We need someone who loves sports and has experience in marketing, especially with schools and other groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy:
  • Create and carry out a marketing plan to boost student enrollment, increase brand visibility, and promote our programs and events.
  • Study market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to shape our marketing efforts.
• Campaign Management:
  • Design, run, and improve marketing campaigns using digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Track and assess campaign results to make adjustments and ensure success.
• Content Creation:
  • Oversee the creation of engaging materials like website content, social media posts, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Work with a social media agency, graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
• Brand Management:
  • Maintain a consistent brand image and message across all marketing channels.
  • Build good relationships with media, influencers, and community partners.
• Event Promotion:
  • Plan and promote academy events such as competitions, open houses, and special programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure events are successfully promoted and executed.
• Partnerships and Collaborations:
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local schools and other organizations to promote our programs.
  • Work with freelance partners or organizations to use the gym and increase revenue during non-class hours.
  • Organize outreach programs and events with educational institutions and other groups.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports on marketing activities and performance for senior management.
• Budget Management:
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience with a history of successful strategies.
• Experience in the sports or fitness industry, especially gymnastics, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proven experience with partnerships and collaborations.
• Proficiency in marketing software like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Creative and able to come up with innovative ideas.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
