Job Summary:

Amazon’s Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team in Hyderabad is seeking Quality Associates to support image audits and ensure high-quality results. This role involves manual audits and requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across various tasks and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Audits: Conduct audits of images to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and validate solutions for issues with externally developed products.
• Collaboration: Work with development teams on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects.
• Tool Enhancement: Update and enhance current tools, automate support processes, and document systems.
• Problem Identification: Anticipate potential issues and implement solutions to prevent outages.
• Prioritization: Accurately prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and work to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Work Schedule:

• Shifts: Rotational (24/7 environment with shifting schedules based on business needs).
• Weekly Off: Rotational two consecutive days off (5-day workweek with variable days off).
