About the Role
We are looking for a Kitchen Manager, also known as a Head Chef, to lead our kitchen team in Concord. This is a full-time position, and you will be working around 45 hours per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for making sure the kitchen runs smoothly, the food is high quality, and the team works well together. You will get full training to learn “The Zeus Way,” which is our standard for food, teamwork, and customer service.

What You Will Do
Run the daily operations of the kitchen and restaurant
Manage key performance areas such as food costs, rosters, and staffing
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver great customer experiences
Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed at all times
Cook and prepare meals according to ZSG recipes
Monitor the quality of food during preparation and before serving
Order food and kitchen supplies as needed
Talk with managers and front-of-house staff about food preparation and any issues
Make sure hygiene and safety rules are followed in the kitchen
Help train new staff and improve team skills

Good communication and people skills
The ability to build and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
At least 2 years of experience in restaurant or kitchen management (preferred but not required)
