Job Title: Front Staff (Full-Time)

Salary: $23.23 – $27.00 per hour

About the Role
iCake CBD Store and the Carlton shop are hiring front-of-house (FOH) staff. This is a full-time position with responsibilities such as:

Serving Customers: Help customers with their orders and provide great service.
Cutting Cakes: Cut and prepare cakes for sale.
Answering Phones: Take calls and answer customer inquiries.
Stock Taking: Keep track of cake and product inventory.
Cash Handling: Receive payments and handle the cash register.
Cleaning: Keep the store clean and organized.

Requirements
To apply, you must:

Have 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Be able to speak English and communicate well with customers.
Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Have good time management and organizational skills.
Show a positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.
Have a valid visa and Tax File Number (TFN).

Work Schedule
Shifts Available:

10-hour shift
8-hour shift
Afternoon, day, evening, and night shifts
Commission Pay: You may receive additional pay through commissions.
