Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Manager with experience in the Freight Forwarding or E-Commerce industry to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in handling international markets and a strong background in sales within logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the international freight forwarding and e-commerce sectors.
• Manage and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the international markets.
• Oversee air freight operations, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets and sales plans.
• Drive the execution of sales management strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Utilize CRM software and sales tracking tools to monitor performance and optimize sales processes.

Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in managing international markets and understanding international shipping regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of air freight operations and customs requirements.
• Strong ability to prepare budgets, create sales plans, and implement management strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidates must have experience in Freight Forwarding or E-Commerce.
• A background in international markets and logistics is essential.
• Sales experience in the logistics or supply chain management industry is preferred.
