About the Role
As an Assistant Ministry Partnerships Manager, you will help manage relationships and projects with Ministries of Education and national examination boards around the world. You will work with a team that helps countries deliver and improve their official school exams. This role includes working closely with clients and making sure our services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
What You Will Do
Support the management of important international education contracts
Build and maintain good relationships with education partners and clients
Help plan and deliver projects in assessment and education
Provide excellent customer service and communication
Assist in preparing reports, reviewing documents, and tracking progress
Ensure all tasks are done carefully, on time, and meet high quality standards
Work with different teams to solve problems and improve services
What We Are Looking For
Experience and Skills:
Interest in education, especially exams and assessments
Experience working internationally or with international clients
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data or statistics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good at building relationships with different people
Able to manage tasks and follow deadlines
Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently
Team player who brings new ideas and supports others
Personal Qualities:
A self-starter who is eager to learn and grow
