About the Job
The Greyhound Inn is looking for a Bar/Restaurant Supervisor to lead the bar team and help manage food and drink services. This is a great job for someone with hospitality experience, strong leadership skills, and a love for customer service.

Main Duties
Supervise and lead the bar staff
Make sure all bar operations run smoothly and safely
Follow food safety and health rules
Create and manage drink menus
Help with food preparation when needed
Train new and current team members
Manage inventory and order supplies when needed
Handle customer questions and complaints professionally
Work closely with the kitchen team during busy hours

Requirements
Previous experience in a bar or restaurant leadership role
Good team management and motivation skills
Knowledge of bartending and food preparation
Understanding of food safety and hygiene
Great communication and customer service skills
Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Passion for hospitality and making guests happy
