Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Tele Caller at Oraiyan Groups, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and customers. Your role is to engage with leads, present our offerings, and generate interest through effective communication. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring that they are well-informed about the services we offer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads, introduce the company’s services, and identify opportunities for business.
- Customer Engagement: Engage in conversations with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information regarding products or services.
- Follow-up Calls: Follow up on previous calls, emails, or inquiries to maintain a relationship with potential clients and encourage them to move forward with a service.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate data is logged for follow-up and analysis.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s services, promotions, and updates to effectively communicate information to prospects.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings or appointments for senior team members based on the needs and interests of prospective clients.
- Sales Support: Assist in driving sales by effectively handling inquiries, overcoming objections, and closing small deals or generating qualified leads for the sales team.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and pass along any relevant information to the sales or marketing team to improve service offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills in English and any regional language.
- Good listening skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus).
- Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple tasks, and work under deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service and lead generation.
- A self-motivated individual with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
