Job Summary:
We are looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) in banking sales who will work to build and grow strong relationships with clients. The VRM will focus on understanding clients’ needs, offering the bank’s products, and ensuring a great digital banking experience. The goal is to help clients meet their financial needs while achieving sales targets and following bank guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
-
Regularly engage with 500 to 600 clients as per the contact policy.

Make sure all customer interactions are accurately recorded and customer needs are understood.

Handle customer calls and resolve their queries quickly and accurately.
-
Promote digital banking services to provide better customer experiences.
-
Understand each customer’s profile to offer the right banking products and services.
-
Log and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
-
Monitor customer activity, including large transactions and account closures.
-
Ensure customer retention and reduce attrition (the loss of customers).
-
Proactively assess customers’ needs and offer solutions.

Sales & Performance:
-
Meet sales targets and portfolio benchmarks.
-
Cross-sell banking products like loans, credit cards, and investment products based on customer profiles.

Ensure that all banking products are offered to clients within the portfolio.

Aim for higher sales penetration across all product segments.

Maintain high-quality relationships within the assigned customer portfolio.

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure that all interactions and transactions follow banking guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Submit financial transactions and requests accurately and on time.

Keep customer interactions updated in the CRM system to maintain a clear record.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate (any field)
-
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in banking or customer service is preferred.

Skills:
-
Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.

Comfortable with digital banking tools and CRM systems.

Stakeholders:
-
Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
