Job Role and Responsibilities: As a Team Leader at Oraiyan Groups, you will play a critical role in managing and guiding a team to achieve organizational goals and objectives. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting team members while ensuring the successful execution of projects, improving team performance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of professionals, ensuring each team member is aligned with company objectives and performance standards. Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to foster individual growth and team collaboration.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure that the team executes projects efficiently and on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Goal Setting and Performance Monitoring: Set clear, measurable goals for the team and monitor progress. Evaluate team performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Address any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively. Ensure a harmonious working environment by managing conflicts, providing solutions, and maintaining morale.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment of team goals with company objectives.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, team performance evaluations, and project updates. Ensure that all relevant data is documented and available for review by senior management.
  • Training and Development: Identify skill gaps within the team and arrange necessary training programs to enhance their capabilities. Promote continuous learning and development to ensure the team is always up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Achieving Team Targets: Ensure that the team meets or exceeds its targets and KPIs by providing leadership, motivation, and support.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role, with a focus on team management and project delivery.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in managing projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and team development strategies.
