Job Role and Responsibilities: As a Business Development Executive at Oraiyan Groups, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth through new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue generation. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business avenues while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and leadership teams to create and implement strategies that contribute to the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Cold calling, emailing, and attending networking events to generate business leads.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with Oraiyan Groups’ offerings.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities. Stay updated on industry developments to make informed business decisions.
- Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes for prospective clients. Customize solutions based on client needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Provide feedback and insights from clients to help shape marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue generation. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
