Job Description:
Position Overview: The Healthcare and Nutraceutical Segment a candidate play a crucial role in providing end-to-end service to clients in the nutraceutical industry. This position is responsible for not only building and maintaining strong client relationships but also actively driving sales growth through account management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the nutraceutical segment.
Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client requirements,
Collaborate with the client for presenting Company Portfolio
Aligning the Portfolio for Client’s requirement present & Future
Collaborate with internal/ external teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
Sales and Business Development:
Actively seek opportunities for expanding business with existing clients.
Identify new Clients and engage with potential clients in the nutraceutical & Healthcare industry to expand the client base.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Solution Delivery:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, operations, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
Nutraceutical Industry Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments.
Provide clients with valuable insights and industry knowledge.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records as per company norms of client interactions, sales activities, and project statuses.
Generate regular reports as per the company norms on client account performance, sales growth, and revenue.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science Background and additional Degree/ Diploma in (e.g., business, nutrition, or a related discipline).
Proven experience in B2B Sales, account management, and business development, preferably in the nutraceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the nutraceutical market, including industry regulations and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Video conferencing on various platforms
