Job Opportunity: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Location: Thane District / Mumbai
Experience: Freshers or 1 year of experience

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
  2. Keep the prospective client database updated.
  3. Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
  4. Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Mumbai/Thane region to ensure individual and company sales goals are met.
  5. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, recommending new opportunities, and suggesting service improvements.
  6. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for new business.
  7. Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries.
  8. Act as a contact point between the company and its existing or potential markets.
  9. Negotiate prices, terms, delivery, and specifications with buyers and close sales.
  10. Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  11. Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
  12. Handle existing clients and develop new ones for business growth.
  13. Responsible for sales and marketing of all company products.
  14. Solve technical and commercial issues for clients in coordination with the internal team.
  15. Seek customer forecasts for future orders.
  16. Provide after-sales support by coordinating between different functions within the company.
  17. Coordinate with the Head of Department to ensure timely order processing and dispatch of ‘zero defect’ products.
  18. Achieve collections as per order terms to avoid outstanding payments.
  19. Follow up on payments and clear outstanding amounts.
