Job Opportunity: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Location: Thane District / Mumbai
Experience: Freshers or 1 year of experience
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 Gross + Incentives (Salary for experienced candidates will be based on interview and experience)
Qualification:
- Diploma in Engineering
- Graduation or PGDM
- MBA in Marketing
- Diploma in Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
- Keep the prospective client database updated.
- Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Mumbai/Thane region to ensure individual and company sales goals are met.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, recommending new opportunities, and suggesting service improvements.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for new business.
- Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Act as a contact point between the company and its existing or potential markets.
- Negotiate prices, terms, delivery, and specifications with buyers and close sales.
- Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
- Handle existing clients and develop new ones for business growth.
- Responsible for sales and marketing of all company products.
- Solve technical and commercial issues for clients in coordination with the internal team.
- Seek customer forecasts for future orders.
- Provide after-sales support by coordinating between different functions within the company.
- Coordinate with the Head of Department to ensure timely order processing and dispatch of ‘zero defect’ products.
- Achieve collections as per order terms to avoid outstanding payments.
- Follow up on payments and clear outstanding amounts.
