Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, creative, and well-organized Event Manager to plan and manage both in-person and virtual events. The main goal of this role is to make sure our events are engaging, professionally managed, and help us grow our brand and connect with customers. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure every event is successful and supports business goals like lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage events that help generate new customer leads.

• Analyze the results of each event and help turn leads into real sales.

• Create and manage a full event calendar to make sure everything runs on time.

• Coordinate with vendors (like decorators, equipment providers, etc.).

• Manage all event logistics for both physical and online events.

  • (Includes venue setup, equipment, team coordination, scheduling, etc.)

• Work with influencers and brand partners to promote events.

• Keep detailed records of event finances, guest data, and schedules.

• Plan for emergencies and be ready to handle any issues during events.

• Contact guests through phone calls and personal invitations.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of how to get new leads at both physical and virtual events.

• Ability to analyze event results and improve future events.

• Strong project planning and time management skills.

• Clear, fluent communication in English with a professional tone.

• Good understanding of social media marketing and online outreach.

• Good at organizing and storing different types of event-related data.

• Able to use RSVP and invitation tools (like Eventbrite, Cvent).

• Creative thinking to design engaging events.

• Basic photography skills (for taking photos at events and using them for marketing).

Knowledge Required:

• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Email and calendar management tools.

• Social media and digital marketing tools (like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights).

• RSVP and guest management tools (like Eventbrite, Cvent).

• Basic design tools (like Canva, CorelDRAW).

• Basic understanding of financial budgets.

Education & Qualifications:

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Mass Media, Hospitality, or a related field.

Preferred Education:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)

• Certified Event Planner (CEP)

• Any event planning certification from a recognized institution

Preferred Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in event planning or management

• Experience in the luxury retail or jewellery industry is a plus
