At Agha Caravan International, we believe in providing excellent service that our customers can trust. We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

What You Will Do (Your Daily Tasks):

• Talk to Customers:
  Quickly respond to customer questions or problems through phone calls, emails, chat messages, or even face-to-face at our office.

• Solve Customer Problems:
  If a customer has an issue with a product or service, you will:

  • Understand what went wrong

  • Find out why the problem happened

  • Offer the best possible solution

• Be Friendly and Professional:
  Always treat customers with respect and kindness, even if they are upset or frustrated.

• Handle Paperwork and Requests:
  Correctly fill out and process:

  • Orders

  • Forms

  • Applications

  • Any other customer requests

• Follow Up:
  After helping a customer, check back with them to make sure they are satisfied and everything is okay.

• Keep Records:
  Write down and organize all customer conversations, complaints, solutions, and feedback in our system.

• Work With Other Teams:
  If a problem is complicated, you will work with other departments (like technical support or billing) to fix it.

• Learn About Products and Rules:
  Stay updated about our products, services, and company policies so you can give the right information to customers.

• Achieve Goals:
  Try to reach or go beyond your personal and team targets, like:

  • Number of calls answered

  • Customer satisfaction

  • Problem resolution speed

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication skills in English and local languages

• Friendly, patient, and helpful personality

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Basic computer skills (email, chat, data entry)

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
