Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and collect money from customers across India who owe the company.

  • Help and guide the team every day to make sure there are no delays.

  • Prepare and send a report every week to the management about collections and debts in all parts of India.

  • Check and confirm customer balances as needed by law.

  • Control and manage unpaid debts from Sea LCL Export customers.

  • Send a weekly report of unpaid amounts to the Marketing team and Management.

  • Follow up with customers and Marketing team by phone or email to collect payments.

  • Update the system to release documents and reset credit every week.

  • Create statements showing the amounts customers need to pay or the amounts they owe the company.

  • Approve customer payments for FAC/Brokerage when needed.

  • Monitor the team’s work and make sure tasks are completed on time.
