Position Description –
Recruitment Strategy : Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of different business units. Leverage market insights to attract top talent and address hiring challenges.
Sourcing and Talent. Acquisition : Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage qualified candidates. Implement innovative approaches to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate experience : Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain effective communication and provide timely feedback. Interviewing. Assessment : Conduct in-depth interviews, technical assessments, and evaluations to determine candidates’ suitability for various roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
Reporting and Analytics : Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
