Business Development Management

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Track sales metrics and generate reports on sales performance.

Provide feedback from clients to support product development and service improvements.

Marketing:

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.

Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and advertising.

Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency.
