Job Description
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team. You will help manage the café and lead the staff during busy times. If you have experience in restaurants or cafés and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Make sure everything runs smoothly in the café
- Help train new team members and motivate the staff
- Take care of customers and solve any problems politely
- Keep the café clean and welcoming
- Help with opening and closing the café
- Work with the management team when needed
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working in a café or restaurant
- Friendly and good at leading a team
- Understand what good customer service means
- Good at talking and working with others
- Organised and pay attention to detail
- Available to work different shifts, including weekends
