Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time (BPO)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off

Shift Timings:

Raymond & Plix: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Day Shift)
Aglius: Two rotating shifts –
1. 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM
2. 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Changes every 15 days)

Salary:

Raymond: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000
Plix: ₹15,000 to ₹19,000
Aglius: Up to ₹18,000

Who Can Apply:

Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate
Age: 18 to 35 years
Gender: Male or Female
Experience:
- Raymond: Must have experience in BPO Sales or Real Estate
- Aglius & Plix: Freshers or experienced in BPO Sales

Language & Communication Skills:

Raymond: Good English speaking (V5 level)
Aglius: Basic English (V3 level)
Plix: Average to good English (V4 level)

Important Skills Needed:

Making outbound calls
Finding new leads (Lead Generation)
Talking to and helping customers
Selling products and services
Answering client questions
Working with targets and deadlines
