Admission Counselor (female)

We Are Hiring – Female Admission Counselor (Work from Office – Naraina Vihar, New Delhi)

We are looking for a confident and experienced female admission counselor with a background in education counseling.

You will talk to students and parents, explain our courses, and help them decide what’s best for them.

Main Responsibilities:

• Talk to students and parents over calls (inbound and outbound) – especially FMGE aspirants

• Share information about courses, teachers, fees, and exam tips

• Follow up regularly through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Zoom

• Keep student records updated in our CRM system

• Set up counseling sessions and connect students with the right teachers

• Build good relationships to understand what the students need

• Help students complete their admission and make quality enrollments

• Support during seminars, webinars, and admission events

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in student counseling (FMGE/medical field is a plus)

• Speak and write well in English and Hindi

• Friendly, confident, and good at helping students

• Able to manage many tasks and stay calm during busy times

• Comfortable using MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and email

• Must be committed and stable

Job Details:

• Work from office only

• Location: Naraina Vihar, New Delhi – 110028

• Working days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (higher salary possible for the right candidate)
