Job Description:
Sun Pharma is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person for its Quality Control (QC) team. You will test raw materials, finished products, and stability samples in the laboratory and help maintain high-quality standards.

Your Main Duties Will Include:
Test raw materials, finished goods, and stability samples using chemical and instrumental methods.
Follow hygiene and gowning rules in the work area.
Make sure lab equipment is used correctly as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
Operate lab instruments during your shift and follow work assignments.
Record all test results clearly and correctly as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Prepare solutions, reagents, and indicators used in tests.
Complete tasks and report results in the LIMS (Lab Information Management System).
Support audits (internal, FDA, regulatory) by maintaining proper lab practices.
Follow all cGMP rules (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and maintain lab safety.
Take training assigned by the company to improve your skills.
Calibrate lab instruments as per schedule and procedures.
Keep all lab tools and materials in good condition and track inventory.
Follow SOPs when results are out of specification (OOS), out of trend (OOT), or when there are lab incidents.
Follow company rules for attendance, leave, and other policies.
Do any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Can follow rules, write clear reports, and work carefully.
Willing to work in shifts and take responsibility for assigned work.
Good team player with a strong sense of safety and quality.
