Home Décor Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing personalized recommendations on home décor products.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable designs, themes, and accessories.
Maintain strong product knowledge across all home décor categories.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
Build long-term customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
Handle billing, inventory updates, and ensure the store display is well-organized.
Participate in promotional campaigns and events to attract new customers.
 

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in home décor, furnishings, or lifestyle products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer preferences and offer creative solutions.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of billing software/point of sale systems.
Minimum education: Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
