Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: R20,000 to R50,000 per month (based on experience)
Commission: Uncapped – earn 15% of gross profit on your sales
Extras: Fuel card and company laptop provided

Are you a motivated and confident salesperson? Do you enjoy working with clients and closing deals? We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our packaging solutions business in Johannesburg.

What You Will Do:

• Find and reach out to new business customers

• Meet with clients to understand their packaging needs

• Offer the best solutions and close sales

• Build long-term relationships with customers

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Work closely with the internal team to complete orders

• Keep records of your activities and client interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales (experience in packaging or industrial sales is a bonus)

• Good communication and people skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Comfortable with basic computer tools (e.g., email, Excel)

• Able to work under pressure and meet targets

What We Offer:

• A fixed monthly salary ranging from R20,000 to R50,000, based on your skills and experience

• Uncapped commission – you earn 15% of the gross profit from each sale
