About the Role:
As an F&I Manager, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance process in the automotive sales environment. Your job will be to help customers find the best finance and insurance options that suit their needs when buying a vehicle.
You will also play a key role in ensuring the business complies with all legal and regulatory requirements in the finance process. This is a vital role that supports both the sales team and our customers, helping to make sure every sale is smooth, legal, and profitable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to assist customers in arranging financing for their vehicle purchases
- Help customers understand different finance options and help them choose the right one
- Offer insurance products such as extended warranties, service plans, credit protection, etc.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time
- Make sure all finance applications comply with legal and company guidelines
- Stay updated on current finance and insurance regulations
- Build strong relationships with finance companies and banks
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the financing process
- Follow up with clients as needed to complete finance deals or resolve any issues
Who Should Apply:
