Requirements for Most Jobs:
- Education: Grade 10 to Grade 12 (high school)
- Experience: 3-4 years in a related job (some positions may allow freshers with the right licenses)
- Skills: Competence (A & B), blasting certificates, relevant trade tests
- Clear criminal record
- Medical fitness
