Job Description:
We are looking for a male computer operator cum telecaller to join our men’s wear shop. The candidate will be responsible for handling online customer queries, replying to customers through chat or calls, and assisting in closing sales deals.

Responsibilities:

Replying to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone calls
Explaining product details, offers, and assisting customers in purchasing decisions
Maintaining records of inquiries and sales
Coordinating with the sales team for order processing
Basic computer operations, data entry, and online platform handling
Requirements:

Male candidate preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online chat handling)
Experience in telecalling or sales will be an added advantage
Polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude
