About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team at the Matunga office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, supporting project communication, ensuring smooth coordination, and maintaining high satisfaction levels throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely communication.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, execution).
Manage client meetings, follow-ups, and status updates.
Maintain project documentation, WAM sheets, reports, and client records.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and agreements.
Handle client queries professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Support the sales and design teams in client onboarding and project execution.
Track project progress and ensure commitments are met as per timelines.
Build long-term relationships to increase client retention and referrals.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle clients professionally and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in interiors/architecture firms (preferred).
