Your Main Duties:
1. Customer Service:
Talk to customers and understand what they need.
Be active on the shop floor to help customers.
Handle complaints and returns in a friendly and professional way.
2. Product Management:
Make sure the right products are available in the store.
Place orders as needed and manage stock properly.
Help receive and organize new merchandise.
3. Store Appearance:
Keep the store clean and well-organized.
Make sure all displays follow the company’s visual guidelines.
Ensure the team looks professional and follows the dress code.
4. Team Management:
Hire, train, and manage the store staff.
Help new team members feel welcome and supported.
Plan work schedules and team tasks.
5. Budget and Operations:
Look after store assets (like stock, cash, and equipment).
Organize stock counts and avoid wastage.
Make sure store follows company policies, including those for cash handling and admin tasks.
