Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Management
Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and store standards.
Supervise store staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide training.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
Coordinate with vendors for stock delivery and movements of goods.
2. Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability.
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
Track inward and outward movement of goods accurately.
Identify slow-moving, damaged, or excess stock and take corrective actions.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and barcode compliance.
3. Customer Experience & Business Growth
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Build relationships with key customers, corporate buyers, and walk-in clients.
Plan and organize activities to improve footfalls in the showroom.
Implement sales strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques.
Analyze sales performance and suggest initiatives to increase revenue.
4. Billing & POS Management
Ensure accurate billing through the POS system.
Supervise cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
Ensure billing compliance with GST and company norms.
Resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate with accounts team for invoice-related matters.
5. Finance Reconciliation & Reporting
Perform daily and monthly sales reconciliation.
Coordinate with finance team for cash, bank, and digital payment records.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost control at store level.
Prepare and submit MIS reports, sales summaries, and inventory reports.
