Operations Intern

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (9AM to 6PM)

● Location: You’ll need to work on-site daily at our office near Iskcon Temple, Sector 67A, Gurgaon. This is a totally offline internship; no hybrid or work-from-home options are available. Our office setup is decent, operating from a combination of two shop spaces (totaling four rooms); it’s not a large corporate office. Candidates located near or in Gurgaon are preferred. 

● Team Size: We currently have a team of 12-15 people. 

● Stipend: Interns will receive a stipend ranging from Rs. 8,000 to 12,000 per month, depending on their performance in the final interview round. 

● Full-Time CTC: For those offered a full-time role after the internship, the CTC (Cost to Company) will be in the range of Rs 2 Lakhs to  Rs 2.4 Lakhs per annum 

● Internship Benefits: Interns will receive an Internship Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) upon successful completion of their internship. 

● Commitment: We need individuals who can give a long-term commitment to the organization. We aim to retain candidates who perform well as full-time employees.The minimum internship (probation)  duration will be 3 months. Please only apply if you are committed to joining us long-term as a full-time employee after the successful completion of your internship.

Operations Intern – Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support: Respond promptly to customer queries, complaints, and feedback through calls, emails, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience.

Customer Retention & Acquisition: Build strong relationships with existing customers and assist in strategies to acquire new customers.

Order & Shipment Management: Monitor daily shipments, coordinate with shipping partners (Shipmozo, Shypbuddy, NimbusPost), and ensure timely deliveries.

Issue Resolution: Handle order discrepancies such as weight mismatches, delays, or delivery failures and escalate when necessary.

Reporting & Analysis: Maintain records of customer interactions, order status, and shipment issues for operational improvements.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align customer service with overall business goals.
