We are currently seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales operations by managing leads, engaging with prospective customers, and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.

Position: Pre-Sales Executive
Work Mode: Work From Home
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound leads via calls and digital channels
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product/service information
• Qualify and nurture leads before transferring them to the sales team
• Maintain and update lead data and follow-up status in CRM systems
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion
• Ensure timely follow-ups and professional customer communication

Eligibility & Skills:
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or inside sales preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
