Job Summary:

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide support for application-related issues, monitor the performance of applications, and ensure that problems are fixed quickly. You will work closely with users, developers, and other teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to users for any application-related issues.

• Monitor the performance of applications and identify potential problems before they affect users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly and effectively.

• Document all support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.

• Work with development teams to escalate issues that need deeper technical analysis.

• Attend regular training sessions to improve technical skills and product knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of application support principles and methodologies.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.

• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.

• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
