Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Manager with 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales to drive property sales, generate leads, and manage client relationships in the Gurgaon market. The candidate should have strong closing skills and a solid understanding of residential and/or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, references, site visits, and digital platforms
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and channel partners
Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for smooth deal closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain database and sales reports

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in real estate sales (Residential/Commercial)
Strong knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
