Role Summary:
As a Driver Non-CDL at Coke Florida, you will be responsible for driving, delivering, and merchandising products within customer accounts and locations. You will ensure that products are delivered accurately and maintain customer satisfaction by following company standards. You’ll also collect payments and perform other tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive & Deliver Products: Safely deliver products to customer accounts.
Merchandise & Display Products: Rotate products, merchandise displays according to company standards, and maintain the cleanliness of machines.
Check Load Accuracy & Stability: Ensure loads are secure before delivery.
Invoice & Collect Payments: Settle accounts daily and handle cash payments.
Maintain Company Property: Pick up and return company property and ensure all POS displays are clean and presentable.
Ensure Compliance: Follow regulatory and company policies/procedures.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
Physical Ability: Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds frequently.
Experience: At least 1 year of general work experience.
Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
Customer Service Skills: Cash handling and customer service experience are preferred.
Self-Starter: Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Additional Details:
Work Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, starting at 6 AM, with Saturday required.
Physical Demands: Frequent lifting, bending, and movement to load and unload products.
