Communicative English Trainer

Wanted English Trainer @ Schools located at  Attayampatti,Pottaneri,Mecheri,And Tharamangalam in Salem District.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic *Fluent English Trainer* to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken and written English skills, along with a passion for teaching and helping school students improve their communication abilities.

As a Fluent English Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions that focus on improving fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and confidence in spoken English. You will work with learners of various backgrounds, helping them achieve their language goals for academic, professional, or personal development

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive English language training sessions (off line classes)
Customize lesson plans based on learners’ needs and skill levels
Help learners improve their spoken fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary
Facilitate group discussions, role plays, and real-life speaking scenarios
Provide regular feedback and progress assessments
Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment
Stay updated with modern teaching methods and tools
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field
Excellent fluency in spoken and written English
Previous experience as an English Trainer, Language Coach, or similar role (preferred)
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is a plus
