Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative/Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help customers by answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they have a great experience. You will communicate in both English and Spanish. We need someone who is a good communicator, a problem solver, and works well with others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions quickly and professionally by email, chat, or phone.
- Help with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Listen to and resolve customer complaints calmly and efficiently.
- Keep customer information private and secure.
- Stay positive, polite, and professional when talking to customers.
- Record every customer interaction accurately in the system.
- Help keep customer records and databases up to date.
- Work with other team members to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Do other customer service or admin tasks as needed.
Requirements (Qualifications May Vary):
- You must speak and write both English and Spanish fluently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable using computers and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
- A real passion for helping and serving others.
