 Position:SENIOR MERCHANT

Experience: 1–5 Years
Industry: Apparel / Garments / Sourcing / Merchandising

 Job Responsibilities
Daily coordination with suppliers, vendors and buyers.
Support the sourcing team in identifying new vendors and product options.
Assist in product development, sampling and approvals.
Maintain order tracking sheets, T&A, and follow-up for timely delivery.
Prepare purchase orders, maintain inventory records, and update MIS.
Communicate with factories regarding production status.
Monitor quality checks, sample dispatch and shipment follow-up.
Handle email communication, documentation, and record management.
Support the merchandising team in costing, negotiations and sourcing.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, sourcing, production and logistics teams.

Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (Preferred: Fashion, Merchandising, Business)
1–5 years of experience in Sourcing / PST / Merchandising / Coordination
