About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and committed Registered Nurses to join our team at Katoomba Views Care Community. We offer flexible working arrangements with full-time, part-time, and casual positions available. Whether you’re an experienced nurse or a recent graduate, we have opportunities for you to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents with compassion and professionalism.
- Monitor and assess residents’ health, documenting care plans and making recommendations for treatment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for residents.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing and care staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Additional Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance, and NDIS worker’s clearance.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care to older adults.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
