Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
    • Create plans to find and attract qualified candidates for non-IT jobs.

    • Build and keep a list of potential candidates for future job openings.
  2. Screening and Assessment:
    • Look through resumes and job applications to find the best candidates.
